Job Description: Full Time Senior Sales Executive at Znk Motors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the sales industry.
  2. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  4. Develop strategic relationships with key accounts.
  5. Work with assigned clients to develop a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects and manage sales pipelines.
  6. Maintain a good relationship with clients and stay in close contact to discuss their requirements.
  7. Overall responsibility for account management and activities supporting business leads.
  8. Play an integral role in new business pitches and effectively onboard new clients.
  9. Identify new potential customers and increase account volume along with profitability.
  10. Explore new business prospects while staying within a set budget.
  11. Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
  12. Stay up-to-date with new features and product & market knowledge.
  13. Develop relationships between the organization and the client by paying attention to specifics.
  14. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
  15. Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  16. Other tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Specification

Required Skills:

  • Fresh or 1 - 5 years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
