Zonal Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance within the zone by setting and monitoring sales targets.
- Ensure that the sales team is focused on achieving both short-term and long-term business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee the launch and promotion of new properties, ensuring effective sales campaigns are executed.
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents, marketing professionals, and support staff in the zone.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team achieves performance goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Oversee property developments and ensure they meet quality standards and timelines.
- Manage the launch and sale of real estate projects in the assigned region.
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, and legal teams to resolve any operational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a smooth transaction process from inquiry to post-sale.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, market conditions, and team performance for senior management.
- Manage the regional budget, ensuring that operations are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor risks within the region and work to minimize operational issues.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and motivating teams, with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to close high-value real estate transactions.
- Deep understanding of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions quickly.
