About the Job:
The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administrative support services at our office. This includes ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative activities by offering pro-active support to all functions, implementing administrative policies, and facilitating day-to-day tasks such as security and safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement administrative policies and facilitate day-to-day administrative activities
- Assist in developing operational plans and strategies
- Maintain personnel records and perform other HR-related tasks
- Closely coordinate with various departments for seamless operations
- Supervise the procurement of supplies and materials
