We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service across phone, email, and WhatsApp. If you're passionate about travel and love helping people, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding bookings, visa services, packages, and travel policies
- Manage customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp with professionalism
- Process bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams for special requests, itinerary planning, or documentation
- Provide accurate information on travel regulations, airline policies, and promotions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or booking systems
- Follow up with clients for feedback, confirmations, and post-travel support
- Uphold company standards in service, communication, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in travel, hospitality, or BPO)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken & written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with GDS platforms, travel booking software, or CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends (if required)
