We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer service representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
This role involves liaising with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that customer complaints are thoroughly investigated and resolved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Investigate complaints comprehensively and objectively, gathering all relevant information and taking detailed notes.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on the status of their complaint and to offer solutions or alternatives where possible.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure that customer complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, promoting collaboration and sharing ideas to achieve common goals.
