Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end management of software development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Facilitate seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.

Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, monitor project milestones, and drive continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager within a software development environment.

In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven ability to solve complex challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
