Job Description

Shared Kitchens is one of the most innovative food verticals at foodpanda Pakistan, where we rent spaces to our restaurant partners to operate delivery-only kitchens. It has been the fastest growing vertical in the last 2 years, and for the plan is to increase footprint exponentially. As part of this innovation journey, we are bringing Delivery Hero's coffee brand to the PK market to drive category growth in one of the fastest growing cuisines in PK. The candidate should ideally have experience in coffee operations, where they will be responsible for managing the baristas, aligning with suppliers, and ensuring coffee operations deliver perfect brews for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor baristas to ensure consistent, high-quality coffee beverages.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock, quality, and cost targets.
  • Oversee coffee operations to deliver consistent brews, drive customer satisfaction, and support category growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of Coffee/QSR experience.
  • Experience in a structured organization with clear SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
