Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns
Craft compelling email copy that drives conversions and engagement.
Utilize Salesforce, Zoho, and other CRM tools to segment audiences and automate campaigns.
A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and response rates.
Monitor key metrics like open rates, CTR, and conversions to refine strategies.
Ensure email campaigns comply with deliverability best practices (spam filters, domain reputation, etc.).

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in email marketing, specifically in the IT industry or staff augmentation sector.
Strong experience with Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar CRM and email automation tools.
Ability to write persuasive sales emails and create high-converting email sequences.
Proven track record of lead generation and email campaign success in B2B IT sales.
Hands-on experience with email scraping, data extraction, and prospect list building.
Familiarity with email warm-up techniques, domain reputation management, and inbox placement best practices.
