Position: Part-Time Cold Data & Email Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Cold Data & Email Marketing Specialist to support our outreach and cold calling campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cold data sourcing, email marketing, and campaign optimisation to generate qualified leads for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and scrape cold data sources for outreach campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting cold prospects.
  • Ensure email deliverability by setting up domain warming, avoiding spam filters, and managing plain text campaigns.
  • Utilise tools like Apollo, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar to automate and track campaigns.
  • Work with LinkedIn for cross-referencing cold data and generating targeted lists.
  • Optimise campaigns based on analytics and performance tracking.
  • Recommend best practices for CRM integration and cold outreach tools.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold data sourcing and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with cold outreach platforms and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and recommend strategies without heavy supervision.
  • Experience with lead generation, data scraping, and CRM management.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and outbound campaigns.
  • Prior work in lead nurturing and email automation.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who can take ownership of cold outreach, optimise data sources, and run email marketing with minimal oversight.
