HR Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role will focus on supporting HR operations and ensuring the seamless execution of daily HR activities. It's an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in human resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate employee benefits, including medical claims and reimbursements.
- Respond to employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR operations or an internship in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
