Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site HR Executive role located in Lahore at Design & Engineering Systems (Pvt) Ltd. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources functions to support the company's strategic objectives and ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles
- Experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
