We are looking for results-driven HR Executive with a strong background in IT/Software HR operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are ready to manage recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and compliance while helping shape a growing tech organization from the ground up.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about tech hiring, and can independently drive people operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end hiring for software developers, AI/ML engineers, and IT roles
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Develop hiring strategies tailored to IT and AI/ML project needs

HR Operations & Employee Relations

  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS updates
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee queries
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records
  • Draft and implement HR policies suitable for a software development environment
  • Ensure full legal compliance with local labor laws and company standards

Payroll & Benefits Management

  • Independently manage monthly payroll, salary disbursements, and deductions
  • Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate employee benefits

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Organize engagement activities and feedback programs
  • Support performance reviews, career development, and retention planning

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Admin, or relevant field
  • Experience: 2–5 years in HR roles within IT, software development, or tech startups
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in tech hiring (developers, AI/ML engineers, IT operations)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
  • Ability to work independently and set up HR systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
