Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Suave Solutions in Lahore. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
