Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative with vacancies in Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing technical support & manage after sales services for various home appliances of Indus Customers. The role involves handling customer service inquiries, diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, and providing guidance to customers on appliance usage and maintenance. Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home appliances (e.g. Fans, Washing Machines, Air Coolers, Electric Motors, Water Geysers, Cooking Range, Kitchen Hood & Hobs etc) is a must.
  • Minimum Education: Diploma (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics or related fields
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in basic Computer & Software Operations.
  • Use of MS Excel, Power Point etc
  • Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Electricity principles and appliance functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with regional teams & the Head office team and manage time effectively
  • Relevant technical certification or degree is preferred
