  • Laws and regulations of Pakistan on food production, main manufacturing procedures of bottling of beverages, measurement tools, Food Safety Management System knowledge. Predictive/preventive maintenance, team building, decision making, planning.
Production EngineerMission Statement

Responsible for carrying out, following, and developing production and maintenance activities; ensuring that the planned production program is carried out efficiently. To organize training for foremen, operators, and technicians working on the line, and to provide referral and management of employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Realize the production program according to processes and desired quality parameters. Keep records related to production. Maintain productivity and material usage control, and participate in productivity improvement efforts.
  • Manage implementation of the production program, share daily production plans with foremen, and ensure application of lubrication and maintenance schedules for production line machines.
  • Record machine failures/stops, analyze reasons, and develop suggestions/projects to prevent recurrence.
  • Plan maintenance and lubrication, assign tasks to operators, and ensure necessary records are kept. Plan and order spare parts, propose improvements, investigate failure causes, and support team in failure management. Conduct maintenance activities per TPM plans.
  • Ensure operators are trained for maintenance, repair, and cleaning of machines under their responsibility.
  • Train and educate self-employed formulans, modify production lines as needed, and foster teamwork.
  • Perform maintenance activities according to schedules and TPM plans.
  • Maintain discipline and enforce safety procedures in the plant.
  • Determine and announce daily production targets in coordination with management.
  • Identify material needs based on production plans.
  • Monitor daily material stocks and production activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness, GMP compliance, and waste minimization in line with environmental policies.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by superiors.

Implementation of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE management systems.

Candidate Education


• B.Sc. or B.E degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
