  • Laws and regulations of Pakistan on food production, main manufacturing procedures of bottling of beverages, measurement tools, Food Safety Management System knowledge. Predictive/preventive maintenance, team building, decision making, planning.
Production EngineerMission Statement

Responsible for carrying out, following, and developing production and maintenance activities; ensuring that the planned production program is executed efficiently. To organize training for foremen, operators, and technicians working on the line, providing referral and management of employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Realize the production program in accordance with processes and desired quality parameters. Keep records related to production. Constantly monitor production productivity and material usage, and engage in productivity improvement activities.
  • Manage implementation of the production program according to processes, share daily production plans with foremen. Ensure application of lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines.
  • Keep records of machine failures/stops, analyze causes, and develop suggestions/projects to prevent recurrence.
  • Plan maintenance and lubrication of the line, assign tasks to operators, and maintain necessary records. Plan and order spare parts. Develop proposals to prevent failures, investigate causes, and support team management in failures.
  • Train operators for maintenance, repair, and cleaning of machines under their responsibility.
  • Educate and train self-employed formulans. Make necessary modifications to the production line. Monitor staff performance and foster teamwork.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities according to TPM plans.
  • Ensure discipline and safety procedures in the plant.
  • Determine and announce daily production targets according to weekly plans with approval from managers.
  • Assess material needs based on the production program.
  • Monitor daily production material stocks and activities.
  • Conduct field, machine, and equipment cleaning and layout checks to meet quality and safety standards, minimize waste, and comply with GMP and environmental policies.
  • Complete assignments given by superiors.

Implement Quality, Food Safety, and HSE management systems.

Candidate Education


• B.Sc. or B.E degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
