The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, with a strong command of communication through Email, WhatsApp, and Chat. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support for our product-based platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via Email, WhatsApp, and Chat.
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
  5. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  9. Stay updated with the latest product features, updates, and company policies.
  10. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer support skills.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a product-based environment.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  4. Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  6. Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude in handling customer interactions.
