About the role

This role of Regional Compliance Lead ensures the integrity and quality of Cambridge exam processes in Pakistan by conducting regular reviews, spot-checks, and reporting. It supports Cambridge schools, upholds assessment standards, and drives continuous improvement to maintain fairness, security, and excellence in exam delivery and service. Key Responsibilities Include:

Centre Support & Training

  • Train new centres to implement best practices
  • Provide year-round support to ensure compliance
  • Empower schools to meet Cambridge regulations

Inspection Management

  • Plan and manage biannual inspection programmes
  • Conduct spot checks and monitoring visits
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols

Team Development & Oversight

  • Recruit and support local inspectors and supervisors
  • Extend support across Pakistan
  • Maintain inspection quality standards

Compliance & Security Assurance

  • Investigate question paper security concerns
  • Liaise with local and UK teams to resolve issues
  • Proactively reduce regulatory and reputational risks

About you

You will hold an undergraduate degree in any discipline and possess good knowledge of international education examinations and exam delivery standards.

Familiarity and knowledge of Cambridge Exam Quality Standards as per Cambridge International Handbook and a certification in Quality Assurance is desirable.

You will bring demonstrated experience of investigating non-compliance incidents and, ideally, an understanding of the Cambridge regulatory framework.

In addition:

  • You will bring experience from fast-paced, customer-focused environments, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and report risks.
  • Excellent communication skills - diplomatic, diligent, and ability to operate with integrity.
  • Confidence in interpreting policies, assessing risks, writing reports, and asking the right questions.
  • You value innovation, collaboration, and responsibility. You lead by example—being responsive, inclusive, and trusted—while showing the confidence to act and the humility to learn and grow.
