Job Title: Assistant Manager - Audit & Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Engagements: Lead and supervise audit teams to ensure timely completion of audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

2. Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze financial statements, identify areas of risk, and develop audit strategies to address those risks.

3. Audit Testing: Design and perform audit tests to ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).

4. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including responding to their queries, addressing their concerns, and identifying new business opportunities.

5. Advisory Services: Provide advisory services to clients on financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.

6. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, including providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

7. Quality Control: Ensure that all audit engagements are conducted in accordance with the firm's quality control procedures and professional standards.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: CA Finalist / PAA from ICAP

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience (including CA training period) in leading audit teams, analyzing financial statements, and providing advisory services to clients.

3. Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage teams.
