Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Scheme located in Lahore. The Assistant Manager Scheme will be responsible for overseeing and managing certification schemes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and providing technical and project management support to clients in the energy industry.

1. Ensure strong follow-up with Auditors to have the Audit Documentation received within 05 days of Audit Execution.

2. Ensure that audit pack submitted by auditor comprises of all mandatory documents as per standard checklist before processing it to Scheme Manager for technical review and certification decision. Coordinate with Auditor for any missing document(s) in order to complete the Audit Pack.

3. Ensure timely processing of audit documentation to the scheme manager.

4. Liaison with Auditors for prompt closure of findings/queries in result of technical review.

5. Strong follow up with clients/auditors on corrective actions for non-conformances raised during the audit, on weekly basis.

6. Manage and update (on daily basis) the progress chart of all the PNAC clients on standard format/spreadsheet to in order to monitor progress of all clients and their upcoming audit activity. Monitor and report to Scheme Manager on pending certificates for issuance on weekly basis.

7. Manage Feedback and Complaints record in an organized and effective manner. Update client feedback spreadsheet as and when feedback form is received

8. Manage & coordinate internal trainings and auditors' calibrations and maintain organized record including Technical Library (training content), Attendance Sheets, Training Effectiveness Forms, ZOOM meeting recording & snippets, etc. etc.

9. In liaison with P&C ensure that issued certificate along with audit program is dispatched to client. Maintain the log of issued certificates.

10. Coordinate with auditors and expert for audit logs and other necessary documents from auditors for the maintenance of auditor status & auditor appointment.

11. Assist Scheme Manager during the Accreditation and Internal Audits.

12. Coordinate Management Review Meetings and Impartiality Committee Meetings.

13. Provide assistance to Line Manager on overall scheme matters.

14. Any other task assigned by the LM.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Food Sciences, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in certification body operations, scheme handling, or QHSE systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, etc.
  • Hands on Experience in ISO/IEC 17021 and ISO 22003-1 accreditation processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
