Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
About the Role:

The Dreamial Marketing Agency (TDMA) is on the lookout for a results-driven, confident, and creative Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder) to join our in-house team. If you're someone who knows how to spot an opportunity, pitch effectively, and build long-term client relationships through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH) to generate consistent leads.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients based on TDMA's services.
  • Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals that align with client requirements and project goals.
  • Analyze project scopes and suggest service packages that offer the best value to clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up initial discovery meetings and follow up regularly until deal closure.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and track bidding results through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Development) to ensure service alignment and proper delivery post-sale.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
  • Monitor trends in client requirements to propose new services or adjustments in pricing strategies.
  • Contribute to weekly reports on leads, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
  • Stay updated on freelance platform policy changes and bidding trends to stay competitive.
Requirements:
  • 2+ year experience in business development, Upwork bidding, or freelance sales for a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital services: Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, Branding, etc.
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken.
  • Ability to create strong proposal content and respond professionally to client questions.
  • Good negotiation skills and the confidence to present service offerings effectively.
  • Must be available to work on-site (Monday–Saturday) in Lahore.

Location: G-Block, Phase 1, Johar Town, Lahore ( Near Doctor Hospital )

(On-site | Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM)
