We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder with 3–6 months of hands-on experience in proposal writing and client communication via Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals, and initiating conversations with potential clients, primarily during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork based on company services (e.g., web development, design, SaaS, etc.).
- Craft customized, winning proposals for various job postings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand requirements and relay them to the internal team.
- Keep records of proposals, responses, and conversions.
- Meet weekly/monthly bidding and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the business development team to close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with Upwork trends and platform changes.
- 3 to 6 months of proven experience as an Upwork bidder.
- Familiarity with Upwork's bidding system, client communication, and job categorization.
- Strong written communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently during US time zone hours (Night Shift).
- Basic understanding of services like web/app development, UI/UX, digital marketing, etc.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking sheets.
