Job Title: Experienced Upwork Bidder

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team. As a successful bidder, you will be responsible for identifying suitable job opportunities on Upwork, crafting compelling bids and proposals, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning bids and delivering high-quality work in digital marketing, graphic design, or tech. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment in proposals. We offer a flexible work arrangement, exciting projects within a fast-growing company, and the opportunity to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Proficiency in identifying and bidding on relevant Upwork projects
  • Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate project terms and close deals effectively
  • Strong understanding of digital services provided by us, including web development, app development, and graphic design
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
The desired skills and qualifications include:
  • 4-5 years as an Upwork bidder with a strong portfolio in marketing, graphics, or tech
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
