IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • This position is responsible for driving SME revenue growth by formulating and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the performance of direct sales team at nationwide level. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in telecom and ICT, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets in highly competitive markets.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy of Fixed, Mobility and ICT, aligned with targets by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Identify growth opportunities & collaborate with product teams & strategic partners to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of Zonal Sales Heads and their teams.
  • Establish clear KPIs, objectives, and performance benchmarks for the sales team.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive customer acquisition and growth in revenue streams across B2B and B2B2C segments.
  • Expand market presence by entering new geographies and customer segments. Specially drive new customer acquisition for ISPaaS and ICT Sales.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key SME accounts. Develop a customer-first approach by ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM, sale tools and processes to enhance customer insights and engagement.
  • Ensure that customer churn and bad debt KPIs doesn`t exceed budget.
  • Prepare regular presentations and updates on sales, revenue, Customer Experience Management, growth forecasts and other KPIs for the senior leadership team.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure sales performance and optimize strategies.
  • Provide insights into market conditions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable process across all SME customer segments, ensuring timely invoicing and efficient collection practices.
  • Drive accountability within the sales team for collections by setting clear collection KPIs and integrating them into performance reviews.
  • Engage directly with strategic clients in case of high-value or aging receivables to ensure resolution and maintain business relationships.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • HEC recognized Master's degree from a reputable university in IT/CS/Telecom/Electrical Engineering.

Professional Experience

  • 5 Years' experience in relevant field with at least 10-year overall experience. 5 years plus experience in senior sales management role.
