IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • In this position you will be responsible for maximizing customer value through targeted campaigns of upselling and cross-selling, while using data to optimize the portfolio subscribed by each customer with major focus on mobility (GSM). You would analyze patterns of acquisitions, dormancy and churn to identify any issues and to maximize customer lifecycle.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Analyze large datasets of B2B SME clients to segment customers by usage patterns, revenue potential, CLV and customer behavior.
  • Define and identify high-value business customers, based on ARPU, ARPA, contract value, and service usage.
  • Use CRM tools, network data, and advanced analytics to understand customer needs, churn risk, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute tailored customer value propositions for different segments.
  • Drive a customer-centric strategy that improves satisfaction, renewals, and cross-selling within existing B2B accounts.
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen customer relationships, ensuring that business clients see telecom services as essential to their operations.
  • Identify early signs of dissatisfaction and work cross-functionally with account managers and customer support to prevent churn.
  • Design and implement upsell and cross-sell strategies for high-value solutions.
  • Analyze the impact of campaigns, optimize for better conversion rates, and report on ROI to senior management.
  • Manage KPIs related to B2B customer success, including customer lifetime value (CLV), churn rate, retention rate, and upsell/cross-sell revenue.
  • Work closely with the B2B sales teams to align strategies on targeting high-value clients and provide insights on customer behaviors, preferences, and needs.
  • Liaison with support teams to address escalations and resolve issues related to factors hampering QoE for multiple customers (network downtime, billing, or product related issues).

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable university (Preferably in Engineering in Technology / Business Administration / ICT Certification)

Experience

  • 7 years overall experience with at least 3 years in similar role(s)
