
Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist will drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the designated region. He will be tasked with building new accounts and executing the recommended go-to-market strategy for each account.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, focusing on boosting sales.
- Evaluating and prioritizing the business potential when bringing on-board new countries and accounts.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and strategies for Egypt market.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Manage all aspects of the account forecasting requirements to deliver account budgets and objectives in line with overall objectives
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region
Experience:
- Minimum 2 -5 years of B2B Sales experience
- Previous sales experience in hardware services or in IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in a competitive environment.
- Fluent in English

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track performance and manage customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
