Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising strategies across key platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. This is a high-impact role ideal for a data-driven, growth-minded marketer who can scale performance channels while improving efficiency and profitability.

You'll play a critical role in shaping the customer acquisition engine, mentoring a team of media buyers, and owning end-to-end execution of full-funnel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Design and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and retention.
  3. Identify high-performing creatives, placements, and audience segments.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of media buyers.
  5. Promote a culture of testing, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Budget & ROI Management

  1. Scale budgets from $100K–$200K/month to $1M+ while optimizing ROAS and CAC.
  2. Create structured testing plans to reduce wasted spend and improve profitability.

Data-Driven Optimization

  1. Continuously analyze campaign data to lower CPAs, CPCs, and CPMs.
  2. Collaborate with finance on forecasts and contribution margin analysis.

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Utilize tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, and Looker to report on key metrics.
  2. Lead attribution and incrementality testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner with creative, merchandising, and tech teams to develop effective ads and landing pages.
  2. Stay updated on platform changes and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C or eCommerce.
  2. Proven ability to scale media budgets while maintaining strong ROAS.
  3. Expertise in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.
  4. Strong grasp of key performance metrics including CAC, LTV, and breakeven ROAS.
  5. Proficiency in GA4, Looker, AppsFlyer, or similar BI tools.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

  1. Experience scaling high-growth eCommerce brands globally.
  2. Exposure to programmatic, native, or affiliate marketing.
  3. Knowledge of tracking challenges post-iOS14 and server-side solutions.
