Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role: We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven paid campaigns. You'll be in charge of managing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display ads, while also ensuring the brand's voice and messaging are consistent across all channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strategize paid marketing campaigns across social media, search (SEM), display advertising, and affiliate channels to drive revenue growth.
- Design and refine performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and lower cost per conversion (CPA).
- Create simple, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Work with creative teams to develop brand-aligned ads, test strategies, and optimize campaign elements (like creatives and landing pages).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing campaigns and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics to align on goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social, search, and display advertising.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
- Solid understanding of attribution models (first-click, last-click, data-driven attribution).
- Experience with platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Experience in building and maintaining a consistent brand image through marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
