Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong sense of initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all administrative matters among teams and departments
  • Develop and manage budgets, review operating costs, and suggest cost-saving measures
  • Supervise transport matters, including maintenance, cleanliness, log book, and insurance
  • Liaise with government departments and related organizations
  • Negotiate and assist lease agreements for offices and campuses
  • Supervise protocol duties at Head Office
  • Execute any other instructions by the Board of Directors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
