Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative at Marketing Max Ltd., you will be the frontline liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients receive excellent service and support concerning our digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, content marketing, and analytics. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and help clients maximize the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear explanations and guidance regarding our digital marketing services, processes, and policies.
- Maintain an empathetic and positive attitude when addressing client concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues related to digital marketing campaigns and services.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams (e.g., marketing, IT) to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through our services and helping them understand how to get started.
- Provide training and resources to clients to help them utilize our tools and platforms effectively.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services.
- Communicate client feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and client experience.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics and feedback trends.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to provide informed support to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
