Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited is a multi-business organization spread over six campuses with over 450 employees.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic professional to join our team as Assistant Manager - CSR and Communications. This role is responsible for leading the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and internal/external corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sustainability and social impact, along with excellent communication skills to strengthen and promote the organization's brand and reputation.

Job Description
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Develop and execute the company's CSR strategy, annual plans, and targets in alignment with business goals.
- Design, plan, and implement impactful sustainability and CSR programs.
- Maintain and update the annual CSR calendar and oversee smooth program execution.
- Monitor and assess CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the CSR Policy Manual and "Sustainability into Action" framework.
- Develop and manage the annual CSR budget with effective tracking and control.
- Oversee and manage CSAP Foundation and Benevolent Fund operations.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with non-profits, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing the company's Sustainability section of the Annual Report in coordination with departmental heads.
- Track and report monthly CSR spending and initiative performance.
- Promote internal awareness and employee engagement in CSR programs through events, workshops, and campaigns.
- Serve as the CSR spokesperson and represent the company at external forums and events.
- Drive improvements in CSR policies and procedures by staying updated with global best practices.
Corporate Communications
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
- Design annual communication plans and ensure alignment with corporate branding and positioning.
- Manage internal communications tools such as newsletters, official announcements, and engagement platforms.
- Handle external communications including press releases, corporate videos, advertisements, and CEO presentations.
