We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in building and managing strategic partnerships with brands in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the US retail and e-commerce landscape. This role will focus on identifying, negotiating, and nurturing partnerships that drive mutual growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnership Development:
  2. Identify and target potential brand partners that align with our company's goals and values.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to establish new partnerships with brands in the US market.
  4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for collaboration.
  5. Relationship Management:
  6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for partner brands, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
  8. Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, provide support, and identify opportunities for growth.
  9. Negotiation and Contract Management:
  10. Lead negotiations with potential and existing partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  11. Draft, review, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  12. Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure mutual success.
  13. Collaboration and Strategy:
  14. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and operations) to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  15. Develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns with brand partners to drive brand awareness and sales.
  16. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partnership strategies and maximize ROI.
  17. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  18. Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, including revenue, customer acquisition, and brand impact.
  19. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  20. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance partnership outcomes.
  21. Market Expertise:
  22. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the US.
  23. Leverage market knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 1+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role, preferably in the US market.
  3. Proven track record of successfully building and managing brand partnerships.
  4. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  7. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Knowledge of the US retail and e-commerce landscape is essential.
  9. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
