POSITION TITLE: Production Merchandiser
LOCATION OF POSITION: Lahore, Pakistan
REPORTING TO: Merchandise Manager / Senior MM
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Responsible for To ensure production execution and shipping on time. On time complete communication with counterpart in case of any issue. Need to ensure SAP, NGC system updated duly with reason code, ship mode, revised CRD/DC based on US approval.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
- To monitor Production status information against the actual production at site. Responsible to monitor all steps of the production process, calculates and analyses the daily output Vs production plan and report to production/merchandise manager or production/merchandise supervisor if any potential issue.
- To monitor & control the execution of the bulk order production are conform to the given approved Production T & A. Should be capable to negotiate with vendors team and get things done.
- To identify & alert the potential problem in the production that can cause the delay of the shipment. Such as : Low Production Efficiency & any issue related with supply chain or raw material.
- To counter check the correct fabrics and trims received by factory to the approved swatch and trim card. Review with KBB & maker Merchandisers' if any concern discusses with production/merchandise manager and voice out immediately to improve the situation.
- To verify the cutting is done according to order quantity & +%. Need to raise concern if any chance of short shipment observed. Consolidate and send the required production updates to the Production/merchandise Supervisor.
- Coordinate twice a month analysis the production status, material & approval status; need to prepare report for Bi-weekly call with US team.
- Coordinate Production/merchandise Supervisor to ensure the KBB QA team conducts the quality audits and maker handing over the cargo to forwarder according to schedule. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- Skills:
• Self motivated and well disciplined to follow LWR SOP.
• Should have product, manufacturing process, washing (wet & dry) process knowledge along with machine, technology idea – these are needed to analyze risk and to forecast any issue duly.
• Able to work independently and act proactively.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
• Good command of spoken and written English. Need to communicate with internal team, vendors, suppliers and counterpart to bring solutions and to explain situations.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, US operation team.
• Should have strong interpersonal relationship skill and influential ability.
• Confident with "Can do" attitude.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor/Master degree from reputed Institute or Diploma/bachelor from Fashion Institute or, in Textile Technology.
