Business Development Manager & Proposal Writer

Overview:

BioICAWTech is a fast-growing software development company based in Rawalpindi. We are actively seeking a results-driven and persuasive Business Proposal Writer & Client Acquisition Executive who will play a vital role in securing new international clients for our software services.

Key Responsibilities

● Client Acquisition: You will be directly responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new international clients for our software services.

● Proposal Writing: Develop high-quality business proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Your proposals must be persuasive, strategic, and aligned with client expectations.

● Marketing Strategy: Use your marketing insights to position our offerings competitively in the global market.

● Client Communication: Engage with international clients through email, calls, and meetings. Excellent verbal and written English is essential.

● Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field

● Experience working in the software industry, preferably in business development or proposal writing

● Proven ability to generate leads and secure international clients

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

● Strong proposal and content writing skills

● Familiarity with business platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.

● Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
