BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is hiring a "Senior Manager Business Systems – Supply Chain Applications" in their Information Technology Department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of proven experience in SAP implementation, with a strong track record in customer-side environments—preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, particularly MM (Materials Management) and WM (Warehouse Management), along with experience with non-SAP applications. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

The position involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP and Non-SAP supply chain applications; acting as the internal functional lead for SAP MM/WM; and working closely with business supply chain teams to provide process-driven SAP solutions that enhance procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include SAP configuration and enhancements, cross-module integration (including SD, PP, QM, and FI/CO), and coordination with SAP partners to align deliverables with business goals. The candidate will be responsible for driving supply chain digitalization, managing change processes, conducting system testing and user training, supporting go-live activities, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation and SOPs.

A solid understanding of SAP best practices—especially in SAP S/4HANA—and knowledge of supply chain innovations are essential. The role also includes ensuring system compliance, monitoring system performance, and recommending upgrades or process improvements to support efficient and resilient supply chain operations.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Ariba and other supply chain applications
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP mobile solutions, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
  • SAP certification in MM, WM, or related supply chain areas
