Job Title: Manager – Business & Operations

We are a fast-growing, innovation-driven company operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and global business. We are looking for a Manager – Business & Operations who will act as business unit head, driving operational excellence, leading technical teams, and ensuring scalable tech operations in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical operations across cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and DevOps processes.
  • Oversee deployment pipelines, system performance monitoring, and uptime reliability.
  • Manage cross-functional tech initiatives, align priorities, and communicate key technical milestones to leadership.
  • Ensure IT governance, data compliance, and risk mitigation policies are implemented and followed.
  • Support international tech expansion by adapting systems for regional scalability, language support, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or business development.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional tech projects and teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
