Job Title: Senior Information Systems Manager

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Systems Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIS, CRM, ERP, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Assist the head of MIS in multiple software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.\
  • Participate in software development, focusing on implementation of data life cycle, core design with strict security measures, and CRM & ERP software development life cycle.\
  • Develop presentation and reports on hardware, software, and tasks in hand, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.\
  • Develop training material to bridge the technology gap between upscale online software and implementers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.\
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development, maintaining compliance and standards.\
  • Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, fostering collaboration and open communication.\
  • Manage information system personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer, software, network, and information systems.\
  • Control computer systems budgets and expenditures, ensuring responsible financial management.\
  • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support, enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction.\
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources, supporting business continuity.\

  • Strong knowledge of DBMS and data analysis throughout the data life cycle, supporting informed decision-making.\
  • Must be a good team player, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.\
  • Familiarity with hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration and operation.\
  • Familiarity with network operating systems, supporting efficient data transmission and storage.\
  • Knowledge of CRM & ERP, enhancing business processes and operations.\
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resolving complex issues and improving outcomes.\
