Aga Khan University is recruiting a Clinical Nurse, Off-Campus Hospitals, based in Karachi, Pakistan.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies
- provide high quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients
- administer medication safely, applying knowledge of drug and dosages, referring to drug manual and/or pharmacy information as required, monitoring patient responses to medication, and communicating reportable findings promptly
- counsel and educate patients on health behaviors
- demonstrate efficiency in the use of electronic monitoring equipment
- demonstrate competence in patient assessment and care planning
- perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
