Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tender Manager to lead our tender submission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tender documents in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and invitations to tender (ITTs).
  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to enhance our competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and organizational policies.
  • Lead post-tender evaluations to analyze outcomes and refine future bidding strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • years of experience in tender management, bid management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
