We are seeking experienced and skilled Deputy Manager Procurement to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for providing strategic procurement support to ensure the delivery of high-quality goods and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Must have experience of working in an ERP based environment. SAP knowledge / experience shall be preferred.
  • Professional certification in procurement, such as CIPS or ISM, is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
