Sales Executive – ERP Solutions (Odoo Preferred)About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software or ERP sales, with a strong preference for those familiar with Odoo ERP. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate ERP solutions (preferably Odoo) to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored ERP solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Stay updated on ERP features, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales/business development experience (ERP/software preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
- Hands-on experience in ERP sales (Odoo experience highly preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and consultative selling skills.
- Understanding of business domains such as Accounting, Sales, Purchases, and Inventory.
