The Opportunity: Media Buyer

As a Media Buyer, you'll strategically plan, negotiate, and execute impactful media buys across key digital channels, directly contributing to the brand's ambitious growth by maximizing ROI and effectively reaching its target audience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key insights and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging media buying technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with media partners.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrable and successful agency working experience as a Media Buyer.
  • A deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.)
  • Hands-on expertise with leading media buying platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Must have Strong working experience with the Fashion and apparel niche
