We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in direct-to-consumer (DTC) products through Amazon and other digital platforms. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, innovative products that improve our customers' lives. We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to scale our Amazon advertising campaigns and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  2. Monitor and analyze advertising performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for scaling.
  3. Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend across multiple campaigns.
  4. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, and targeting to improve CTR and ROAS.
  5. Collaborate with creative and product teams to align marketing assets with campaign objectives.
  6. Research competitors and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for market advantage.
  7. Utilize third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Pacvue, or Perpetua) to enhance campaign performance.
  8. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and display media buying.
  2. Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling paid media campaigns.
  3. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Experience using Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console.
  5. Familiarity with keyword research, SEO principles, and listing optimization is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with DTC brands or high-volume e-commerce operations.
  2. Knowledge of influencer marketing and traffic funnel strategies is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces.
