Treasury Specialist

This role will be responsible for identifying potential new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing clients. The role includes initiating and launching new strategies and campaigns to advance business objectives in line with Group & Local policies and regulations.

1. Enhance and develop Foreign Exchange Spot and Forward business with existing and new clients.
2. Support the Head of Wealth Management, Pakistan, in delivering the agreed budget.
3. Deepen relationships with clients for the existing product suite.
4. Provide professional advice regarding Financial Markets products to the bank's existing and potential customers, focusing on Structured Products.
5. Assist the Head of Wealth Management, Pakistan, in implementing marketing strategies for retail clients.
6. Keep Relationship Managers and customers informed of market dynamics, trends, and upcoming economic events.
7. Ensure proper documentation for derivatives, e.g., Board Resolution, ISDA agreements, Risk Disclosure statements, and Customer Appropriateness.
8. Stay updated on market developments and competitors' tactics to develop market intelligence.
9. Manage clients efficiently to reduce customer complaints.

Maintain close relationships with bank personnel, including Financial Markets, Retail Client and Commercial Relationship Managers, Trade Services, and Cash Management Operations.

• Bachelor's degree required.
