Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in the healthcare domain, specifically with US Healthcare systems, to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in gathering and analysing business requirements, and driving process improvements to support our ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather requirements from clients/business and document experiences with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and evaluation of business processes.
  2. Analyse business processes, policies, and systems.
  3. Participate in the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
  4. Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, design documents, UML diagrams, wireframes, interaction design, interface design, prototypes, functional & UI standard documents, test cases, scenarios, user manuals, software patch release notes, training materials, reports, and presentations.
  5. Suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per business requirements.
  6. Support requirements management and change management processes.
  7. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, working closely with the software development team to refine requirements.
  8. Conduct business process reengineering.
  9. Design prototypes and define technical requirements.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of US Healthcare systems is required.
  2. Knowledge of SCRUM and the ability to write both technical and functional requirements/user stories.
  3. Experience working in Healthcare IT (in a vendor, hospital, or ambulatory environment).
  4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to understand complex documentation.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read and interpret documents.
  7. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
