We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Paar, an early intervention life-readiness program for children with special needs. Paar offers a holistic approach to help children develop critical communication, social, and daily living skills, setting them up for success in life and beyond.

Responsibilities:


• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in children with special needs.


• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.


• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across environments.


• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed.


• Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals.


• Contribute to the program's holistic approach by integrating speech therapy with other life-readiness skills.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.


• Relevant certification/license in speech therapy.


• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
