We are seeking a skilled and compassionate speech therapist to join our team at an early intervention life-readiness program for children with special needs.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges in children with special needs. They will develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs, working collaboratively with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across environments.

In addition to developing therapy plans, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting strategies as needed, and providing guidance and training to parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required, along with relevant certification/license in speech therapy. Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
