Company Description

The Mind Mentor is a multidisciplinary center located in Karachi, providing early intervention, therapeutic, and academic services for children with neurodevelopmental and learning challenges. Our experienced team offers tailored support through Behavior Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Remedial Education, Physiotherapy, and structured Pre-Schooling and Academics. We are committed to empowering children and families by promoting independence, emotional well-being, and functional skills through collaborative care and data-driven goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Karachi Division. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves creating individualized therapy plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with other professionals and parents to ensure comprehensive care. Additionally, the Speech Language Pathologist will conduct assessments, provide therapy sessions, and participate in team meetings to discuss patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Speech Therapy, Speech, and Dysphagia
  • Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Relevant certification and licensure to practice in the region
  • Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental and learning challenges is a plus
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
