
Sales & Business Development Specialist (Upwork, LinkedIn, PPC)

We are a growing digital solutions company seeking to expand our client base and strategic partnerships. Our services include web development and digital marketing. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Specialist to generate leads and acquire clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, and paid advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and close high-quality leads on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified B2B leads and manage outreach campaigns.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to attract leads and conversions.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets by developing and executing result-driven sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including upselling and cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities.
- Track KPIs, report performance, and optimize campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience on Upwork: bidding, client communication, and deal closing.
- Strong background in LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Ability to meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic campaign analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital agencies or IT service providers.
- Understanding of digital services like web/app development, SEO, branding.
- Knowledge of sales funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
