Business Development Specialist

BizzClan is looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join their team. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads, converting them into long-term clients, and managing client relationships. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business development, experience with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Fiverr, and the ability to craft tailored proposals to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify high-quality leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, and others.
Develop tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to convert leads into long-term clients.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align proposals with business capabilities and client needs.
Analyze market trends to discover new opportunities for business growth.
Manage client relationships post-acquisition to ensure long-term success and upselling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
Strong command over LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelancing/lead-gen platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
